Return & Refund Policy

Every piece of Bingo Loco merch is made just for you. We print each order on demand, so your gear doesn't exist until you hit that Order button.

Because every item is custom made, we can't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for sizing, fit, or change of mind. All sales are final.

That said, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our merch. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Just send us your order number along with a few photos of the issue, and we'll work with our production partners to make it right.

While we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we can't be responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs on international orders.
